Primarily we provide services to manufactures, buyers or inventors
looking for manufacturing in China. Our services include:

We are not everything to everybody. Our staff is a small
group of dedicated people, our attention to detail is huge. Doing
business in China is not easy. If you do not have experience it can
cause enormous expense and disastrous outcomes. Everybody has war
stories of complete shipments being worthless. China’s manufacturing
history is much like what has happened in Japan and Taiwan. Do you
remember when you bought “fallapart” products made in Japan! Japan
“crap” we called it. Well, after Japan became a world leader in quality
manufacturing and costs went skyrocketing, then the low cost “crap”
came from Taiwan. Well now Taiwan has high technology and produces
products of great quality, but their prices are getting much higher.
Today, China has been labeled as the country with the current “crap”. Let
me make this perfectly clear. China has the ability to make extremely
high quality merchandise! Many Chinese manufactures want to
make high quality products but lack the training we Americans/Westerners
are accustomed to. Also keep in mind there is a market in the world
for cheap inexpensive products that most Americans won’t buy. Middle
Eastern countries, African countries, South America and a huge handful
of countries around the world do buy these products. These are very big
markets for China. The vast majority of Chinese companies don’t want
to make high quality products that cost more to manufacture. They must
make it cheap to stay competitive in the rest of the world. We don’t do
business with them, unless for some reason you want a piece of crap!

management staff and laborers in all areas of concern. I am NOT just a
buying office for you; I am your sub-contracting partner. I personally
mend the communication gap. I have highly qualified interpreters and
customer service representatives that know the technical side of
manufacturing. When I use the word “ergonomic” they know exactly what
that means. If I say we need tungsten carbide steel, they know what
kind of steel that is! If we need a coagulating compound to mix with
the wastewater to reclaim materials, they understand this meaning. I
stress this because without qualified highly educated interpreters you
can’t do effective business in China. The most commonly overused,
misunderstood statement used by Chinese salespeople is: “no
problem, no problem”! Believe me when I say; this has no
meaning, absolutely none. In fact, when you hear this
statement, it really is a red flag going up and waving over your head.
The English language is fickle. Putting emphasis on the wrong words can
mean very different things. As an example, read these two statements.
"Woman, without her man, is nothing." or "Woman! Without her, man is
nothing." Need I say more? I too will use the term no problem, but when
you hear it from me, it means “no problem”!
I choose my manufacturing partners carefully and compatibility is very important
to our success. In addition, I need to make a profit just as you do
and everybody else on this food chain of manufacturer to retailer. In
general, your buying a finished manufactured product from my company at a
price that will be incredibly reasonable. I am your sub-contract
manufacturer. My Chinese staff, who are highly skilled negotiators,
works with the factory prior to me getting involved to establish the
base pricing structure and willingness to cooperate in making high
quality products. Once we have compared the various companies willing
to work with us and chosen a manufacturer, we can start to work with the
hundreds of details that ensure they have the ability to adapt to
Western practices. I work with a small profit so volume is something
that is required. If the volume is not enough, then I cannot afford to
spend our time doing what I do best. After saying that, many people
just want a general merchandise type product that is of general quality
from China. Perhaps you are now ready to buy direct from China rather
than going through an importer or someone that eats up your profit. In
this case, we can find your desired product, test for basic quality,
send you samples and be your “buying office” for a small commission fee.
This service is just as a traditional “trading company” would do for
you, but your not limited to the companies that the trading company
works with.
